Registre SMN
National registry of chronic kidney disease in Morocco, operated by the Société Marocaine de Néphrologie. I lead development of the public platform and clinical registry app in collaboration with Nichan Labs.
Project Description
Registre SMN is Morocco's first national registry for chronic kidney disease, unifying hemodialysis (HD), peritoneal dialysis (DP) and kidney transplantation (TR) into a single platform for epidemiological surveillance, quality of care and research.
The platform delivers an integrated epidemiological registry: an institutional public platform presenting governance, epidemiological indicators and partner hospital networks, combined with a multi-tenant clinical application used daily by hospital nephrology units for patient cohort enrollment, dialysis session monitoring, and compliant clinical audit logging in full alignment with Moroccan patient privacy regulations (CNDP Law 09-08).
The story
Chronic kidney disease affects thousands of patients across Morocco, but nephrology data was fragmented across hospitals with no national source of truth. The Société Marocaine de Néphrologie set out to build a registry comparable to ANZDATA, USRDS and REIN.
I was responsible for delivering the platform end to end with Nichan Labs: from national governance workflows and institutional medical communication, to the specialized clinical workflow software used by hospital teams to capture hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and kidney transplantation follow-up with complete clinical traceability.
OUR APPROACH
We designed around the SMN cahier des charges: validated clinical items per modality, multi-tenant isolation per center, pseudonymized patient data, and role-based access for nephrologists and data-entry staff.
The public site communicates mission, governance, roadmap and partner centers; the app delivers daily clinical capture on Android, iOS, web and desktop — officially launched with SMN members at the 22nd National Congress of the SMN in Taghazout.
Pdailysis
Dialysis center management software for Morocco — hemodialysis sessions, home peritoneal dialysis telemonitoring, clinical records, stocks and insurance billing in one platform.
Project Description
Pdailysis is a full operating system for dialysis centers: live hemodialysis pancartes at the bedside, home peritoneal dialysis remote monitoring, unified medical records (vascular access, labs, Kt/V), generator and water-treatment tracking, stock automation, and CNOPS / CNSS / AMO Tadamon billing — replacing paper books, spreadsheets and informal chat channels.
The product unifies patient care and clinic administration across two surfaces: a public clinical knowledge portal and documentation hub at pdailysis.com, paired with a comprehensive clinical operating platform (app.pdailysis.com) featuring role-based clinician access, automated audit trails, direct medical device telemetry capture, and clinical voice charting — fully compliant with ANAM, CNDP, and national healthcare data regulations.
The story
Dialysis centers run on handwritten session books, Excel billing prep and phone calls between patients and staff. A missed hypotension event could sit unread in a notebook until the next day; DP patient journals arrived incomplete; CNOPS bordereaux were rebuilt by hand and often rejected.
I built Pdailysis end to end: nine product modules covering HD, DP, labs, prescriptions, stocks, direction, water, security and exports — designed with nephrologists and head nurses, then packaged into a public knowledge site, clinical documentation hub and a production clinical application used daily across centers.
OUR APPROACH
Clinical safety first: real-time vitals with UF and hypotension guards, serology-aware isolation rooms, water conductivity checks, timestamped digital signatures on injections, and six watertight roles with full audit logging for ANAM and CNDP controls.
Impact-oriented delivery: sessions traced as they happen, stock decremented per act with rupture alerts, billing justified session by session — “one minute saved per session is more than 60 hours a month returned to care.”
PharmaQ
Exam-prep platform for pharmacy students in Morocco — structured S1–S10 courses, DEUG access concours, EFE annales, AI explanations and national leaderboard.
Project Description
PharmaQ helps Moroccan pharmacy students pass semester exams (S1–S10), the DEUG 3rd-year access concours and national EFE exams. The product combines 380+ courses, 8 000+ corrected QCMs, timed exam mode, AI-guided revision, error notebook, XP/badges and a national leaderboard — delivered on web, Android and iOS.
The platform operates as a complete commercial and academic revision ecosystem: a high-converting public orientation platform presenting official university exam curricula, and a dedicated student learning workspace (app.pharmaq.tech) featuring verified answer explanations, continuous performance metrics, AI-guided study recommendations, and automated subscription activation in Moroccan dirhams.
The story
Pharmacy revision in Morocco still relies on crowded polycopiés, unfindable annales and answers without explanations. Students revise blind — no stats, no error tracking, no national comparison across FMP Casablanca, Rabat, Fès, Marrakech, Oujda, Tanger, Agadir and Laâyoune.
I built PharmaQ as a student initiative for the FMP Casablanca ecosystem: content aligned with official teaching frameworks, written and validated by top students, then packaged into a conversion-focused landing site and a full exam-prep application used daily nationwide.
OUR APPROACH
Active learning first: revision vs timed exam modes, per-question AI explanations, automatic error carnet, mastery score per chapter/module/semester, and leaderboard badges to keep practice consistent.
Business and engineering in one: flexible freemium trials, single-semester curriculum packs, access packs for the national DEUG and EFE exams, verified question repositories, and an administrative back-office for faculty curriculum management and enrollment tracking.
Concours Maroc
Multi-concours preparation platform for Moroccan students — FMP, ENSA, ENSAM, UM6P and ENCG packs with corrected QCMs, AI explanations, Readiness Score and national ranking.
Project Description
Concours Maroc helps Moroccan bachelors prepare three exam tracks from one platform: Médecine (FMP), Ingénierie (ENSA, ENSAM, UM6P) and Économie (ENCG). Students start free, unlock single packs at 200 DH or the full access pack at 400 DH — with corrected annales, timed simulations, an error notebook, Readiness Score and a national leaderboard.
The platform provides a complete student onboarding and preparation suite: a public educational portal featuring school pack configurators, admissions timelines, and orientation guides per faculty, combined with a comprehensive examination simulator (app.concoursmaroc.education) supporting candidate progress tracking, step-by-step answer reasoning, partner school tracks, and student enrollment analytics.
The story
Concours prep in Morocco is fragmented: annales scattered across drives and groups, unclear free vs premium access, corrections without explanations, and no national comparison across FMP, ENSA, ENSAM, UM6P and ENCG candidates.
I built Concours Maroc as a pack-based method — not just an app — so each student only revises the concours that matter for their track, with AI-assisted explanations, progression tracking and a single freemium funnel from free exams to full access.
OUR APPROACH
Active learning first: revision vs timed exam modes, per-question step-by-step reasoning breakdowns, automatic error carnet, Readiness Score, and a national ranking that keeps practice competitive through exam day.
Clear commercial model: free sample exams, school packs at 200 DH, full access at 400 DH — with school-scoped content, partner-school branding in the app bar, enrollment analytics for admins and SEO landing pages per concours track.
PharmaProcess
Corporate website for PharmaProcess Maroc — turnkey GMP plant engineering, qualification & validation, quality systems and audits for pharma, cosmetics, supplements, medical cannabis and medical devices.
Project Description
PharmaProcess helps industrial teams stand up compliant production units in Morocco. The site at www.pharmaprocess.ma presents that offer clearly: four service lines (project engineering, qualification & validation DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, QMS, audits) and five regulated sectors — pharmaceutical manufacturing, cosmetics (ISO 22716), food supplements (ISO 22000), medical cannabis and medical devices (ISO 13485).
Engineered as a high-credibility corporate showcase for pharmaceutical decision-makers: clear presentation of qualification frameworks (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), regulatory domain coverage across manufacturing sectors, verified client testimonials, and structured consultation inquiry pathways for industrial plant directors.
The story
PharmaProcess needed a credible public face for a highly regulated consultancy: decision-makers evaluating GMP partners scan for competence, standards coverage and a direct path to contact — not a long multi-page brochure.
I designed a single scrolling site that stages expertise the way a buyer evaluates it: who we are, what we deliver at each project stage, which sectors we know, proof via testimonials, then a clear contact dual-path (phone/address/email vs message form).
OUR APPROACH
Client-centric service presentation: structured visualization of industrial qualification phases (Conception, Installation, Qualification, Validation, Audit) paired with an authoritative pharmaceutical brand presence.
Corporate discovery and lead acquisition: clear positioning around GMP and Moroccan regulatory compliance, direct consultation channels, and zero-maintenance operational reliability.
Missa7a
Multi-boutique POS (logiciel de caisse) for shops in Morocco — checkout, catalogue & stock, customer debts and invoicing, across every store your business runs.
Project Description
Missa7a brings a shop's whole back office into one screen: a fast cart with barcode scanning and cash, card or credit checkout; a catalogue with automatic stock updates and low-stock alerts; customer accounts with credit limits and payment history; and printable documents — A4 invoices and thermal tickets, with or without VAT. Every boutique gets strict data isolation with user roles, so a multi-store owner only ever sees what belongs to each shop.
The public site at www.missa7a.ma presents the product in French — feature tour, a three-step onboarding, download paths for web, App Store and Google Play, plus an FAQ — while the product itself runs at app.missa7a.ma.
The story
Shopkeepers in Morocco typically run the business from a cash drawer, a paper ledger of who owes what, and stock counts that never match the shelf. Generic POS tools are either too heavy or not built for credit sales, which are the norm in neighborhood boutiques.
Missa7a answers that with a cashier-first flow: ring up a sale in seconds, keep stock in sync automatically, track each customer's encours (outstanding balance), and print the document the customer expects — across as many boutiques as the owner runs.
OUR APPROACH
Product-first design: barcode-first checkout, keyboard-driven cashier flows, per-boutique data isolation with roles, and dual receipt formats (A4 invoice and thermal ticket) so the software adapts to how each shop already works.
Two surfaces, one brand: the public merchant acquisition portal on www.missa7a.ma presents product capabilities and onboarding for shop owners, while the operational cashier suite on app.missa7a.ma drives daily store transactions, inventory, customer credit balances, and receipt generation.
